1. Cancellation
When paid monthly plans open, users will be able to cancel future renewal. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation will stop the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid billing period.
Paid billing is not active today. This policy records the current launch design and will be revalidated against the selected payment provider and mandatory law before checkout opens.
When paid monthly plans open, users will be able to cancel future renewal. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation will stop the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid billing period.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the checkout provider's buyer terms, the reason for the request and applicable mandatory law. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be investigated promptly.
DOMALYST does not promise automatic prorated refunds for partially used billing periods unless the checkout terms, provider rules or applicable law require them.
Nothing in this policy removes refund, withdrawal or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us or the payment provider to waive.
DOMALYST currently plans to evaluate a Merchant of Record model for the first global Paid Beta. The provider and its controlling buyer terms will be identified clearly before any payment is accepted.
Use the DOMALYST Contact page for billing questions or future refund requests. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials through the contact form.
Before paid billing opens, DOMALYST will verify how subscription cancellation, legally required billing records and account deletion interact. Deleting an application account must not silently create an unpaid obligation or erase records that law requires the payment provider or operator to retain.
The final live policy will be dated and published before checkout is enabled. Until then, this page is a preparation document and no paid charge is possible.
Billing remains closed. The proposed monthly plans renew until canceled. Once available, use Dashboard โ Plan & billing โ Manage subscription or the provider receipt link to cancel. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps verified access until that date. Failed or past-due payments pause paid features; private data and basic tools remain available. Expired access does not erase your portfolio.
A verified full refund for the current subscription period or a chargeback removes paid access. Partial refunds do not automatically change the subscription. Refund approval, applicable consumer rights and provider rules govern each request. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. Contact us if the billing portal is unavailable.
